COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12IJCV51B1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leach parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ingersol-Rand product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leach such as the TD18122103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 921310163 manufactured by Leach and we are pleased to be able to service most Leach systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 54410931 by Manufacturer Ingersol-Rand as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kmc Brand REE3116 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metrabus such as Pc6702 equipment made by Metrabus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metrabus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metrabus" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4RK25RGNAM made by Oriental-Motor as well as the popular SRT2OD32ML1 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 613009234F by Keithley and Pc6702 spares by Metrabus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 713UPDG76 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark. |
